Dale completed our swimming pool package right on schedule at the beginning of July 2007. In our search for a pool builder we spent numerous months doing our homework on pools and interviewed many different potential candidates. After we narrowed our decision to a select few is when Dale rose to the top. This was the first time we were building a pool and we needed someone willing to show us their creativity while also explaining where our ideas could lead to potential problems we didn’t recognize. To anyone considering Dale Stephens and Cascade Pools: Wow! What an incredible experience best sums it up! We began the process with Dale in December of 2007 after a recommendation from a neighbor. He was one of three companies we were considering and the decision to choose him was easy and immediate. His honesty, integrity, work ethics, and dedication were obvious from our very first meeting. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we weren’t able to begin construction until June of 2008. During that time period of December to June, Dale became our advocate and friend, going to bat for us with both the city and our neighborhood association. In all of our various business dealings, we’ve never met anyone like Dale whose level of commitment didn’t waiver until we obtained the necessary approvals required. This mean a lot of extra time for Dale on our behalf – time that was much appreciated! Construction began on June 4, 2007 and 6 weeks and 2 days later, we were swimming in our new pool! Throughout the entire process, Dale kept us posted on what was happening and what would take place next. His personal involvement in the project was obvious with almost daily visits to the worksite and ongoing communication over the phone. There was never a point in time where we felt like we were in the dark. Dale takes each job personally as if it were his own family pool he was building. The quality of workmanship was obvious from the start. The willingness and flexibility to make adjustments to the original plans was a given as we moved through the different stages of construction. Each of his subcontractors represented him in the same professional manner. We now consider Dale a family friend and are very thankful for our new pool. We’re even more thankful for the relationship we’ve developed with him and would recommend him and Cascade Pools to anyone considering such an endeavor.

Dale, The pavers look awesome as does the whole pool.Thank you for your extra effort with the plumbing yesterday..also cutting out the concrete..getting plywood to protect the sidewalk…you really go the extra mile and it doesn’t go unnoticed. You were right…I am now a fan of the Dale Stephens fan club! We definetly made the right choice choosing you over the other 5 pool companies.
